Sky Sports: Man United To Close To Reach A Defender Deal With Sevilla

Manchester United are going through an amazing form recently under their new manager, Ole Gunner Solsjkaer, after the departure of Jose Mourinho where Manchester United’s attack is unstoppable at the moment.

However, Manchester United’s defense is still a point of weakness in the club, where the club has kept just three clean sheets this season in the Premier League, and just once in the last four Premier League matches.

This raises the point that Manchester United are in desperate need of a world class defender during the coming few days during the winter transfer window.

According to Sky Sports, Manchester United are close to reaching an agreement for a top-rated defender with the Spanish La Liga club, Sevilla, where they are reported keen to sign Eric Bailly.

The Ivory Coast international defender didn’t have a good season so far after being dropped from the squad in the majority of the matches under Jose Mourinho, and he got banned for three matches recently.

Manchester United could make this sell sale possible if they are going to sign a world class defender, in order to make a space for the new player.
