REVEALED: The Reason Paul Pogba Is Dropped Vs Liverpool

Manchester United have officially announced their starting Xl that will be playing against Liverpool FC today, Sunday, at 2:30 PM BST, at home, Old Trafford, in the Premier League Matchday 30 which will be one of the biggest Premier League matches for both clubs, and also one of the biggest football matches in the world where it is considered at some point as popular as the El Classico match between Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Manchester United’s starting Xl included several surprises where the club’s most expensive player, Paul Pogba, has been dropped from the starting Xl, and Jose Mourinho, Manchester United’s manager, has replaced the French midfielder with the Spanish player, Juan Mata, who is expected to be playing behind the striker as a number 10 player in a 4-2-3-1 formation where Marcus Rashford will be playing on the right, and Alexis Sanchez will be playing on the left with Romelu Lukaku as a main striker.

Paul Pogba is reported to be injured, which is the reason he is dropped from this crucial clash against Liverpool FC. According to Joe TV, Paul Pogba has picked up a thigh injury yesterday, Friday, during the last training ahead of the match today, which forced Jose Mourinho, Manchester United’s manager, to rule him out of the squad today.

Paul Pogba was dropped several times this season from the starting Xl, or from the squad as a whole such as the matches against Huddersfield Town in the FA Cup, and the Champions League match against Sevilla FC away from home last week.

On the other hand, other players are back to the squad and starting Xl such as the Belgian midfielder, Marouane Fellaini, who is back to the squad and he is on the bench in today’s game, and the Ivory Coast defender, Eric Bailly, who is back to the starting Xl after a long-term injury he suffered from since last year where he was ruled out for around three months.
