PLAYERS RATINGS: Man United 2-0 Burnley And Man Of The Match.

A very good win by Manchester United and Jose Mourinho ahead of the FIFA break after Manchester United won the first away match this season and got three more points to reach the six points in four Premier League matches, the same amount of points as Arsenal FC from the big six teams.

Here are our player ratings and the man of the match for today’s match

De Gea: Wasn’t tested much. A good match, he did his job. 7/10

Smalling: A good match today, didn’t really commit any mistakes. 6/10

Lindelof: As well a solid performance, just a couple of sloppy moments but he was solid. 6/10

Valencia: An average match, but was working hard. 6/10

Shaw:  One of the best today, that’s the old Luke Shaw we want! 7/10

Matic: Not so good in building an attack today, but he was crucial in the midfield. 6/10

Fellaini: Was solid today, he deserves a mention for his work and defense. 7/10

Pogba: A couple of long passes, but not in his form today, especially mentally. Missed a penalty as well. 5/10

Sanchez: One of the best players on the pitch today and we saw some of his old magic and was behind the goals. Too bad he was subbed off before scoring a goal. 8/10

Lingard: Was very average today, especially in the first half. But his shot on target helped Lukaku score the second goal. 6/10

Lukaku: Was clinical in the first half, scored from the chances he had in the first half. Missed another empty net chance as well. 8/10

Subs:

Rashford: A very silly behavior that got him a straight red card and will be missing from three matches, including today’s match. 2/10

Herrera: Came to secure the score and defend after Manchester United being down to 10 men. 5/10

Bailey: No time to rate, came on to secure the win and waste some time. N/A

Man of the match: Romelu Lukaku is the man who got Manchester United the three points, but Alexis Sanchez was brilliant today and created a lot of chances, including the goals-chances.  Luke Shaw deserves a mention as well.

Jose Mourinho (Manager): A good match, can’t be blamed for the individual mistakes from Rashford who got a straight red card and Lukaku who missed several clear chances. However, a good win before the FIFA break. 7/10
