PLAYERS RATINGS: Man United 0-0 West Ham And Man Of The Match. EMBARRASSING!

A very disappointing and boring performance again from Jose Mourinho and Manchester United after drawing with the London side, West Ham United where Manchester United seemed satisfied with a point and the goalless draw, especially after Jose Mourinho made two defensive substitutions in the injury time by playing Ashley Young and Eric Baily in place of Antonio Valencia and Alexis Sanchez, where Manchester United were able to play Anthony Martial instead to at least try to score a goal.

Here are our player ratings and the man of the match for today’s match

De Gea: Didn’t have anything to do, especially in the first half. 7/10

Smalling: Average, not a defender to be starting next season for sure. 6/10

Jones: Not the best match, was a bit slippy. 6/10

Lindelof: He’s improving every game recently. 6/10

Shaw:  No energy, tried but did nothing noticable. 5/10

Valencia: Wasn’t helping in the attack, made just a couple of crosses. 5/10

Pogba: Was a ghost today, just a couple of good moments but couldn’t make the difference, was so nervous at the end of the match. 5/10

McTominay:  Wasn’t so helpful in the attack. 5/10

Herrera: Did nothing, again. 5/10

Sanchez: Was better as a striker without a lot of defensive roles, but couldn’t make everything alone as the sole striker in a very defensive squad, was dropping deep and no one was up to support or pass to him. 6/10

Lingard: Tried, but couldn’t make it alone. 6/10

Subs:

Rashford: Couldn’t do anything. 5/10

Young: Why Young instead of Martial? Man United needs a win, not secure the draw. N/A

Bailly: Can’t justify playing him instead of Martial. N/A

Man of the match: None of Manchester United’s players.

Jose Mourinho (Manager): Playing a very defensive squad and formation against West Ham United was a huge mistake, no one up front to attack other than Sanchez and Lingard. Not sure how Manchester United is second with such performance.  5/10
