Manchester City’s official Twitter account in French has trolled one of Manchester United’s player by saying he isn’t a football player, which launched a wave of anger by Manchester United’s fans on social media.
Manchester City has shared a picture on their Twitter account of a player in a fog and asked the fans to guess who is the player until one supported quickly commented on the picture with a joke and said he is Marouane Fellaini. However, Manchester City account’s admin couldn’t resist and replied to the comment by saying “No he is a football player” in French.
The real player in the picture is Leroy Sane who has a similar hair to Manchester United’s Belgian midfielder, Marouane Fellaini. Knowing that Marouane Fellaini is injured and didn’t play with Manchester United since over a month and he returns date is still mysterious amid the rumors of PSG’s interest in signing him in the January transfer windows in few days.
Knowing that Manchester City and Manchester United have a long history of rivalry between the fans and clubs and a recent incident happened during the Manchester Derby when Manchester City players mocked Zlatan Ibrahimovic which caused a clash between the players and staff in the tunnel after the 2-1 win for Manchester City.
