Paul Pogba, Manchester United’s midfielder, has admitted and revealed that he supported the Premier League side, Arsenal, when he was growing up.
Paul Pogba is one of Manchester United academy players under Sir Alex Ferguson before he leaves for the Serie A giant, Juventus, and then comes back for the Red Devils last summer for a record fee of £89.3million back then to be the most expensive player in the world.
In an interview with Football Focus ahead of Arsenal’s clash today, Paul Pogba said:” In France, Arsenal were very big, they had a lot of French players. I was watching Thierry Henry, I was a big fan of Arsenal.”
Paul Pogba continued:” I was a little fan, not a crazy one, but I was always watching a lot of Arsenal games, they have been always a big and great club.”
Knowing that Paul Pogba will face Arsenal today in the Premier League Matchday 15 at the Emirates Stadium with his current team, Manchester United, and will aim to win the three points in one of the toughest matches of the season for both teams.
