Mourinho’s Future Is In Doubt After Leicester’s Draw

Jose Mourinho’s future, Manchester United’s manager, has become in doubt after the disappointing result in King Power Stadium where Manchester United drew 2-2.


According to the latest news reports such as from Daily Star and Express, Manchester United’s board aren’t happy with Jose Mourinho’s playing style and they are starting to doubt that Jose Mourinho is able to get back the team to the best form such as the form under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Manchester United’s board is reported that they stopped the negotiations to renew Jose Mourinho’s contract with the club, which expires in the summer of 2019, and he may not stay prior to 2019 according to the current situation. Knowing that Paris Saint-German, PSG, are interested in the Portuguese manager and they may offer to break his contract and sign him by the end of this season.

Knowing that Jose Mourinho doesn’t usually stay at any club more than three years, and he got sacked from Chelsea previously after winning several trophies with the club.

Jose Mourinho has won several trophies with Manchester United last season such as the community shield against Leicester City, EFL Cup against Southampton, and Europa League title against Ajax, which got Manchester United to the Champions League competition again.

Knowing that a big portion of Manchester United fans aren’t happy with Jose Mourinho’s tactics, especially against the big clubs, where he is playing a defensive game which is known as, parking the bus, and he is defending as well against the small teams which is leading to “boring games” according to some people.
