Mourinho Targets Players To Sign Bale Or Griezmann To Wear The No 7 Shirt

After Manchester United failed to signed a world class winger this summer transfer windows, such as Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan, Jose Mourinho is keen to sign a world class winger next transfer windows.

However, The Red Devils manager,Jose Mourinho, seems interested not to keep the number 7 empty in the coming few months, but sign a world class winger to wear this legendary number who wore it legends such as Cristano Ronaldo and David Beckham.

Mourinho is targeting Atletico Madrid’s winger, Antoine Griezmann, or Real Madrid’s winger, Gareth Bale. Mourinho attempted to sign both players this summer, but failed due to Atletico Madrid’s transfer ban, which makes it impossible to sign another player instead of Griezmann, and Real Madrid’s inability to replace Bale. Especially after Morata and Rodriguez left Real Madrid, which makes it impossible to let Bale go without a replacement.

However, Griezmann seems a better option for Manchester United especially that he is younger and not injury prone. Griezmann has a €100m release clause in his contract with Real Madrid, which seems to be a normal price tag after this crazy transfer windows.

Moreover, Bale may be an option too because he played in the Premier League before, and Real Madrid may sign Sanchez next season, which means Bale may be able to leave.
