Jose Mourinho, Manchester United’s Manager, has handed a worrying injury update about the Manchester United’s defender, Eric Bailly.
Jose Mourinho said in a post-match conference after Bournemouth’s match that the Ivory Coast international defender, Eric Bailly, may require doing a surgery which could end his season due to the injury he picked up with his national team since over two months.
Mourinho said:” I think his injury is dangerous, I don’t know how long he will be out, he picked up an injury in the last time he played with his national team.”
Jose Mourinho continued:” We are trying to treat him, but if the treatment doesn’t work, maybe he will have to do a surgery. Let’s wait and see what happens.”
Knowing that any surgery that Eric Bailly could do, it may mean the end of this season due to the rehabilitation time required after the surgery, which seems a critical surgery according to Mourinho.
Eric Bailly has picked up an injury since last October and the didn’t play with his national team or Manchester United since the last international break in November.
