Manchester United will play tomorrow, Wednesday, against Bournemouth FC in the Premier League Matchday 17 in a must-win match after dropping points to Manchester United’s main title rival, Manchester City, in the Manchester Derby on Sunday.
When and where is the match?
When: The match will be on Wednesday, December 13 at 9 PM BST.
Where: Old Trafford (home)
Who will play?
We expect a similar starting 11 to the one against Manchester City, except Marcos Rojo who is a major doubt for tomorrow’s match due to an injury.
Goalkeeper: David De Gea
Defenders: Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Ashley Young, and Antonio Valencia
Midfielders: Ander Herrera, and Nemanja Matic
Forward: Anthony Martial, Romelu Lukaku, and Jesse Lingard
Romelu Lukaku had been in an awful form since last September, where he just scored twice, and was the main reason of Manchester United’s loss to Manchester City where he was behind Man City’s two goals by providing them with assists, and failing to score and kept on wasting chances.
Lukaku has to be benched, but Jose Mourinho isn’t applying what happened on Mkhitaryan to Lukaku and he is still starting him. However, if Jose Mourinho wants to send a warning to Lukaku about his form, Zlatan or Rashford should start tomorrow.
We expect a 3-0 win for Manchester United. The Red Devils have to win the match no matter what.
Manchester United failed to maintain a clean sheet in all four Premier League games against Bournemouth.
