FA Cup Draw REVEALED: Man United To Face A DEADLY Opponent

Manchester United have officially qualified yesterday, Saturday, to the FA Cup semi-finals after beating the Premier League club, Brighton, in the FA Cup quarter-finals at home, Old Trafford, in a snowy day that Manchester United couldn’t perform well, but they got the desired result they want.

Manchester United have qualified for the next stage after winning 2-0 against Brighton where the Serbian midfielder Nemanja Matic provided an assist and scored the second goal, and the Belgian striker, Romelu Lukaku, scored the first goal by a header in the first half.

The FA Cup draw was done after Chelsea’s match against Leicester City, and Manchester United have drawn with the Premier League club, Tottenham Hotspurs,  and the match will be played on the 21st or 22nd of April, next month.

Manchester United will be playing the match in Wembley as a neutral stadium, which is a one leg match only and a draw means that the match will go for extra time and if needed, to penalties shootout.

Manchester United will be fighting until the end for this competition where Jose Mourinho, Manchester United’s manager, is under heavy criticism for the over defensive football style he is playing which is leading to some bad results recently such as the elimination against Sevilla in the Champions League and winning the FA Cup is a must for Manchester United to end the season with at least a trophy.

Knowing that Manchester United have won the FA Cup two seasons ago under the Dutch manager, Louis Van Gaal, before he gets sacked after the FA Cup final and gets replaced by the Portuguese manager, Jose Mourinho.

Manchester United is currently the second all-time winner  of this prestigious trophy with 12 titles behind Arsenal who won it 13 times, and the last time was the last season, and if Manchester United wins the FA Cup trophy again this season, they will be able to be the most FA Cup title winners alongside with Arsenal FC who got knocked out already of this competition this season.
