Manchester United could land the first winter transfer signing this January for a top-rated South American defender who could enhance the defense for the Red Devils.
Several reports including the English outlet, Sky Sports, confirm that Manchester United are close and interested in signing the Brazilian defender, Eder Militao, from the Portuguese club, Porto FC.
Eder Militao is considered the best center back defender right now in the Portuguese League, according to WhoScored and Sky Sports, where the defender is catching the interest of several clubs including Manchester United, Arsenal, and other clubs.
Eder Militao signed for Porto for a small fee of 3.6million British Pounds and evolved to become one of the most promising center defenders in Europe right now at the age of 20 years old only.
Knowing that the transfer fee to let Eder Militao leave to Manchester United isn’t declared yet, but some reports suggest that it could be around 40million British Pounds, due to the incredible performance the player is having this season as a center back and right back.
