It seems Manchester United are heading to complete their first deal during the winter transfer windows, in January, where the Red Devils are so close to finishing the first deal at the senior level.
According to the latest news, Alexis Sanchez will be coming to Manchester United in a swap deal that Arsene Wenger, Arsenal’s manager, has confirmed today in a pre-match press conference ahead of the match against Crystal Palace in the Premier League next Saturday.
Arsene Wenger has confirmed that the deal of Alexis Sanchez to Manchester United could be completed within the next 24 hours, which is more likely that it will happen tomorrow, Friday. However, Arsene Wenger confirmed that the deal will include the arrival of the Armenian international, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, to the Emirates Stadium as well in a swap deal between the two clubs.
Arsene Wenger said that the deal is “likely” to happen and that Henrikh Mkhitaryan is part of the deal. Wenger answered when he was asked about Henrikh Mkhitaryan if he’s included in Alexis Sanchez deal:”To my understanding, yes, he is included. I like the player, Mkhitaryan.”
This could mean that the Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s career with Manchester United has reached an end after almost one year and ahalf at the Old Trafford under Jose Mourinho who dropped him from the starting Xl in the recent weeks due to his bad form.
