The latest news from several sources such as BBC and others, suggests that Manchester United will be selling one of their main strikers since the arrival of Jose Mourinho to Manchester United in the coming few hours before the winter transfer window closes by the end of this month, January.
The latest news and speculations confirm that Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Manchester United’s striker, is on his way out of the Old Trafford in the coming few hours or days to a new club after not playing in the squad since the last season, 2016/2017.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still having one of his worst seasons recently in his professional football career after not being able to play except for few minutes for almost nine months due to an injury he picked up during the Europa League quarter-final last season, in April, and this could trigger Manchester United to seek to sell him and benefit from some money instead of him leaving for free at the end of this season.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is linked with the MLS giant, LA Galaxy, where the deal could go through soon after Manchester United and Jose Mourinho confirmed that the 36 years old striker could leave this season if he wants.
Jose Mourinho said in a press conference:” Ibrahimovic didn’t mention this possibility, leaving Manchester United, to me. He is in his last year of his contract and if he wants to leave Manchester United to another country or club, we will help him and we won’t make it difficult.”
